A ssists in entry-level business office administration and support
G reets and assists customers; answers phones and directs calls
P erforms basic filing and file retrieval to include logs, distributes and archives reports
M akes copies and scans and files electronic documents
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge general clerical skills
Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices
Knowledge of the Alaska Tribal Health System and the people it serves
Knowledge of applicable computer system software programs and office equipment
Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing various software including electronic spreadsheets and database applications
Skill in working independently, multitasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines when required
Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others
Skill in critical thinking and adaptability
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Non-supervisory - No experience required
