Sales Development Representative (Spanish)
Creatio is a global vendor of one platform to automate industry workflows and CRM with no-code. The Sales Development Representative (Spanish) is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline in the low-code automation and CRM market.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products
Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics
Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline
Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success
Qualification
Required
Fluent English and Spanish
at least 1 year in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software
Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.)
Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage C-level executives and decision-makers
Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting
Ability to analyze data, evaluate prospect engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights
Proven ability to handle multiple accounts, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously
Ability to understand client needs and pain points, positioning Creatio's value proposition effectively
Empathetic, with a focus on understanding the customer's perspective and building rapport
Demonstrates a drive for success, with resilience and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue and achieve challenging targets
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new tools and approaches
Strong sense of collaboration and willingness to share insights with the team to improve overall performance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
Additional certifications in sales methodologies or familiarity with low-code/CRM technologies
