Architectural Team Leader

Responsibilities

Leading an architectural group
Making assignments for architects and designers
Providing support for engineering clients
Detail oriented, extensive construction document preparation experience
Working knowledge of construction techniques and coordinating details
Working knowledge of coordination with project engineering disciplines including structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering
Working knowledge of National Building Codes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in development of Opinion of Probable Construction Costs at various stages of project development
Experience with Design-Build Project Delivery
Experience with Request for Proposal – RFP solicitations and project development

Required

Leading an architectural group
Making assignments for architects and designers
Providing support for engineering clients
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Licensed Architect or the ability to gain licensure within 12 months
BIM experience - Proficient in Revit
10-25 years of architecture experience
Working knowledge of construction techniques and coordinating details
Detail oriented, extensive construction document preparation experience
Working knowledge of coordination with project engineering disciplines including structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering
Working knowledge of National Building Codes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience in development of Opinion of Probable Construction Costs at various stages of project development
Experience with Design-Build Project Delivery
Experience with Request for Proposal – RFP solicitations and project development
Working knowledge of Federal Design criteria
