Responsibilities
You will be working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning
You’ll spearhead the development of high-quality products from the ground-up with high velocity
You’ll have a huge impact and work on large scope spanning multiple products
You’ll be an owner, write a lot of code and iterate very quickly
You will partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to advance the product vision, iterate on customer feedback and drive the expansion of Tarro into new opportunities
Qualification
Required
2+ years relevant experience building large-scale applications or similar experience
Currently have, or are in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Self-starter and thrive in an environment where you have technical freedom
Excited about the opportunity to work up and down the stack and learn Rust
Passionate about solving customer's problems and building something from the ground-up
Prefer an environment with limited meetings, processes, planning, politics, and formal reviews
Preferred
Achieved a BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer
Experience building products from 0 to 1 in an unstructured environment
Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat
