Responsibilities

Support the Information Technology team with ongoing and/or new projects

Within this role you may support: IT Business Partner, IT Infrastructure Analyst, IT Development, or IT Cyber Security team

Work on assigned projects, including research, documentation, development, coordination, and decision making to complete assigned project(s)

Follow Project Management guidelines, including executing with change management strategy to minimize disruption to the business and improve end user experience

You will help develop, maintain, and advance the nuts and bolts of our design-build-deliver pipeline from the physical infrastructure up through enterprise applications, virtualized environments, and custom-built automation scripts

Identifying repeated tasks as candidates for process automation and working across IT teams to implementPromote teamwork by sharing knowledge, cooperating with others, participating in meetings and work groups, and supporting the goals and objectives of the business unit
