Responsibilities

Site feasibility and conceptual planning
Drive coordination and design for aviation clients
Perform periodic onsite construction observation duties
Construction Administration
Submit reviews for projects under construction
Detail-oriented and a team player with solid self-initiative to meet deadlines
Development of Plans, Specifications, Reports, Estimates, and other technical deliverables

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
PE license
5+ years of related experience with site civil design, permitting, applicable software applications
Deep working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Design experience that includes drainage, grading, and utilities
Experience with due diligence, permitting, and jurisdictional coordination
Experience with task management, concept, design, and project management tasks
Strong written and oral communication skills with both internal employees and external clients
Some travel may be required (approximately 10% with occasional overnight)
