The intern in the Project Management department will support the Procurement Manager with various tasks related to procurement processes, bid evaluations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the evaluation of technical bids and proposals, organizing bid tabulations, etc
Data quality review of third-party engineering deliverables Aiding in the creating procurement processes and procedures
Supporting the auditing efforts, maintaining logs of requests and keeping minutes of meetings
Cataloging and archiving vendor documents
Assist in preparation of reports and ad Hoc tasks as requested by the Procurement Manager
Qualification
Required
Students actively enrolled in an approved bachelor's or master's Industrial Engineering and or Supply Chain program with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028
Microsoft Office expert level
Excellent math skills
Preferred
A high GPA
Foreign Language skills
Can do attitude
