New Grad, Entry LevelThe Gainey Agency is a remote-focused company seeking a Customer Service / Insurance Agent. This role involves delivering client-focused service, identifying appropriate insurance solutions, and supporting policy servicing while contributing to team sales performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to assess needs and present suitable insurance products
Explain product features, policy details, underwriting requirements, and premium options clearly and accurately
Support policy maintenance tasks, including endorsements, beneficiary updates, and basic claims assistance while maintaining accurate records
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through timely, professional communication and follow-up
Document client interactions and outcomes in the CRM and adhere to established compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and meet team goals
Participate in ongoing training to remain current on products, regulations, and market trends
Qualification
Required
U.S. residency and legal authorization to work remotely from within the United States
At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
Active life insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain required licenses (assistance provided) acceptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
Proficiency with standard business technology (phone systems, video conferencing, CRM software) and ability to maintain accurate digital records
Preferred
Previous sales, tele-sales, or insurance customer service experience
Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound calling best practices, and remote sales processes
