Senior DTC Ecommerce & Google Analytics Analyst

ZAGG, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce & Google Analytics Analyst to spearhead their data-driven growth strategy for e-commerce channels. This role involves analyzing website performance, user behavior, and digital marketing campaigns to drive actionable insights and optimize the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze key e-commerce metrics and perform in-depth segmentation analysis of customer behavior and conversion rate opportunities
Evaluate digital marketing campaign performance and collaborate with teams to define KPIs
Help CRO lead conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience
Act as the primary subject matter expert for Google Analytics
Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of GA properties, and audit data quality
Provide training and support on GA functionality
Serve as the Looker (or Power BI) Super User, designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards in Looker to monitor DTC performance
Build scalable data models within Looker and collaborate with stakeholders on dashboard designs
Manage user access and ensure data security
Support the integration of various DTC-related data sources to create a holistic dataset
Ensure data accuracy and collaborate on data warehousing initiatives
Present complex analytical findings clearly, emphasizing actionable recommendations and business impact
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce performance
Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred, Universal Analytics experience also valued), including implementation, configuration, and advanced analysis
Proven expertise as a Power BI / Looker (or Looker Studio) Super User including dashboard design, development, data modeling, and reporting
Demonstrated experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for managing website tracking and data layers
Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, Social, Email, Affiliate) and their associated metrics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Google Analytics Certification (GA4) and/or Looker certifications
Experience with SQL/BigQuery, scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and CRM systems
