Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and modify existing application systems to improve performance, functionality, and scalability
Design and implement new software components and systems architecture to meet enterprise requirements
Encode, test, debug, and install application programs and system components
Consult with end users and stakeholders to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, development logic, coding standards, and issue resolution
Write user manuals and technical guides to describe installation, configuration, and operational procedures
Ensure systems are compliant with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and deployment

Required

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently

Bachelor's degree
At least 2-4 years of experience and with systems design and architecture
Clearance: Public Trust
Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization
