Serve as Project Principal or Project Manager on high-profile municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

Guide junior staff through TYLin’s Pathways Program, supporting their professional development and career growth

Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with clients and prospects, translating connections into meaningful new business opportunities

Collaborate with the Water Sector Manager on pursuit strategies, proposal development, and formal presentations

Represent TYLin and the Water Sector at professional associations, civic organizations, and industry events

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

Professional Engineer (PE) license
