Responsibilities
Implement progress initiatives using job study methodology and the Lean approach to improve performance
Establish and maintain "basics OI" such as TU, TRO/TRS, and activity monitoring
Develop and enforce standards and associated control mechanisms
Share guidelines within the progress network to ensure consistent improvements
Successfully carry out change management to support organizational goals
Empower operational teams to gain autonomy in steering their progress initiatives
Qualification
Required
A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
Exposure to Lean methodologies and never-ending improvement practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ambitious and attitude geared towards achieving flawless execution
