Responsibilities

Provide technical support to FMCSA stakeholders for requests received via email, voice mail, and direct phone calls
Enter, record, monitor and track requests received using software tools, including such tools as Excel, ZenDesk, etc
Research and resolve customer requests by accessing and using FMCSA systems and outputs
Document and communicate resolutions to requests using software tools, including via verbal and/or written responses with requestors, analysts, and other FMCSA personnel on disposition of requests

Required

Bachelor's degree with one-three year relatable and/or transferable experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office product(s)
Ability to compile electronic documents from various sources
Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills
Proven strong customer service skills
Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Investigation
Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word
Must provide writing sample
