Talent Development Principal Consultant (Change Management)
NetSuite is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to join their Engagement Management Talent Development team. The role involves onboarding new Engagement Management roles, providing education, and supporting internal business initiatives in Health Consulting.

Responsibilities
Working with Change Management management and staff – our customer – to identify CM population training and performance needs
Collaborate and propose solutions to address
Create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed
Deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding
Collaborate with the CM management team maintain project and knowledge repositories
Support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in Change Management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in onboarding new roles including Change Managers
Experience in providing role-specific education
Experience in supporting internal business initiatives
Ability to identify training and performance needs
Experience in collaborating and proposing solutions
Ability to create and maintain content with Subject Matter Experts
Experience in delivering virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning
Experience in maintaining project and knowledge repositories
Ability to support project management partners
