Responsibilities

Field LIVE assistance calls from participating clients Nationwide
De-escalate conflicts and provide reassurance
Contact local Emergency Service, as necessary
Data entry
Monitoring of CC-TV

Qualification

Required

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
Be able to pass standard background checks & drug testing
Possess strong & effective written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Well-spoken
Ability to multi-task while remaining neutral, calm, & focused under pressure
Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service-related job field/environment
Ability to effectively work in office effectively in a team environment
Ability to take overtime, if needed
