Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of client fleet operations to understand current challenges and opportunities
Design and propose customized telematics solutions based on client needs, including GPS tracking, driver behavior monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and more
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementation
Configure and deploy telematics hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing fleet management systems
Provide comprehensive training to client personnel on the use and benefits of telematics technologies
Monitor system performance post-implementation, analyze data, and provide ongoing support to optimize fleet operations
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telematics technology to continuously enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in deploying and configuring telematics solutions, including GPS tracking, IoT integration, and fleet analytics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed business decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines
