Responsibilities
Lead monthly close and forecasting for key P&L accounts with clear explanation of drivers by brand and channel
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Revenue Management, and Finance to assess volume risks, investment strategies, and balance sheet exposure
Evaluate investment opportunities and establish KPIs and guardrails in collaboration with Revenue Management and Finance teams
Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership on current and future business performance
Support pricing maneuvers and trade investment analysis, including competitive benchmarking and budget restatements
Champion system/process enhancements to improve scalability and financial accuracy in trade and investment management
Drive a high-performance culture by mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development
Model teamwork and partnership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in FP&A, brand finance, or commercial strategy in the CPG industry
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and analytical concepts, financial operating systems and processes
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Tableau preferred
Strong communication and storytelling ability with data
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, including senior leadership
Preferred
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar systems a plus
