As a Real Estate Showing Assistant, you will collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes and engage in professional development activities such as coaching sessions and script practice.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills
Upbeat and positive demeanor
Comfortable with extensive driving
Proficient in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties
Eager to learn and grow
Demonstrated ambition and success
High school diploma or equivalent
Open to personal and professional development
Real estate license (Required to join the team, but not necessary to apply!)
