Ticket Seller
Augment is seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Ticket Sellers at the Texas City Dike. This role involves providing exceptional service to visitors, handling ticket sales, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors to the Texas City Dike, handling entry ticket sales
Answer telephone calls, providing detailed information about the Texas City Dike to patrons
Assist patrons with inquiries and process ticket orders efficiently
Process both cash and credit card payments using ticket booth registers
Ensure accurate balancing of registers and generate daily ticket sales reports as required
May lead, guide, and train staff, student employees, interns, and/or volunteers engaged in related activities
This position is exclusively on weekends, covering Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in cashiering is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Subject to Background Check
Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Texas City, TX 77590 (Required)
