Responsibilities
Lead Solutions Implementation Projects: Lead the execution of technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
AI Project Leadership: Implement and lead AI initiatives, driving innovation and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance business outcomes
API Integration: Utilize APIs to integrate and enhance product offerings, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized functionality
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, define strategies, and develop technology roadmaps
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness and impact of technology initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in solutions implementation, system integration and troubleshooting
Proven project management & risk management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple implementations simultaneously
Deep understanding of AI technologies, LLM, API integration, and current technology trends
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with C-level executives and senior leadership
Ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive innovation
This role requires working in the office for the first 90 days. After that, it will transition to a hybrid schedule
