Responsibilities
Identify key performance indicators to measure R&D program success
Extract and analyze planning data from large data sources
Build dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools
Create infographics to communicate insights in a clear and engaging format
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, with equivalent experience considered
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data extraction
Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in project or program management
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software
Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences
Strong data intuition and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Expected graduation after the internship timeframe
