Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration
Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes
Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges
Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making
Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy
Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program
Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June
