FluentU is an online education company that helps people learn languages with real-world videos. They are seeking a Korean Content Editor to create engaging Korean learning materials, working closely with a native Korean speaker and collaborating with other editors.

Responsibilities

Working alongside a native Korean speaker to create language learning content: You will be working with a native Korean speaker, who will be in charge of the Korean text in our learning content. You will mainly be in charge of the English text

Creating Korean learning content: As a content editor, you will: curate Korean language videos, annotate words (define words and write example sentences), create vocabulary flashcard sets and Korean learning courses

Adapting to new software: Be ready to learn a variety of platforms through which we communicate and assign tasks. Previous experience with Asana and/or Slack is a plus

Work cooperatively with others: Collaborate with other editors to find the best ways to provide language learning services
