Responsibilities

Tracking material, keeping the job sites clean and organized for efficiency and safety purpose
Consulting manuals, read, interpret and use complex electrical schematics and blueprints to plan work scopes, install requested improvements, and troubleshoot and correct problems
Ability to use technology i.e. basic computer literacy, ability to use trade tools and meters to perform the work
Attend sites daily
Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
Layout and assist in the assembly of solar modules / array, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment

Required

Solar or construction experience 0 - 3 years
Lift 50 lbs. from ground and pull 50 lbs. of force
Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions
Work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit pulling
Ability to work in challenging environments (hot sun, cold, wind, tight spaces, etc.)
Capable of standing for long stretches of time and working at heights (on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs)
Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools as well as materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc
Travel is mandatory and will vary dependent on business needs
Must be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time, several times a year to various locations within the US
Must have compliant government issued identification for domestic air travel and/or to access certain federal facilities
Valid driver's license required
