Responsibilities
Customer-focused growth strategy: Deep-dive into our usage data, talk directly to customers, and uncover the growth levers that matter most for developer tools
Inbound lead generation: Design and execute creative experiments across channels to drive qualified leads for our sales team
Growth experimentation: Run tests across acquisition, activation, and retention - from messaging experiments to new channel exploration
Performance marketing: Own our paid channels and optimize for pipeline generation
Content and messaging: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers and turn prospects into customers
Qualification
Required
You've previously in a technical software role and you're looking to transition to GTM work
Comfortable automating workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Clay, and others
Familiar with analytics tools like Posthog, Amplitude, and Segment
Strong writing skills; you're able to craft a well-written cold email in under 5 minutes
Ability to think outside the box; you can brainstorm new channels, experiments, and outreach campaigns
Highly organized and detail-oriented; you don't miss the little details and won't skip a follow-up
