Coordinate Agile ceremonies and oversee Program Increment (PI) planning
Manage roadmaps, sprint metrics, and stakeholder communications
Identify impediments and remove blockers to team performance
Track dependencies, capacity, and team velocity
Support Agile maturity and adherence to agency Agile guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Project Management, IT, or Business
8+ years in Agile program or portfolio management
Proficiency with JIRA, VersionOne, or other Agile tools
Preferred
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or RTE certification
Experience with Agile delivery in federal programs
