Responsibilities

Perform design engineering
Project design staff oversight
Quality control
Client development
Proposal preparation
Assist with sales pursuits for water related projects
Leading a multidiscipline design team
Working directly with clients to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
Help advance business development strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or must be able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
At least 5 years of professional water resources engineering
Proven experience designing and leading small to large water related projects
Demonstrated ability to lead the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, model development and analysis, studies, proposals and/or reports
Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Stream restoration experience
Wastewater Treatment
Project managing teams of design professionals
Local candidates with strong network among local clients in the region and a broad range of civil engineering related experience
Master's degree
