Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email
Troubleshooting a variety of computer/server/network issues
Maintaining, repairing, moving, or carrying computer equipment
Configuring computer networks all while adhering to all company standards and policies
Qualification
Required
Local residence in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina geographical region
Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email
Troubleshooting a variety of computer/server/network issues
Maintaining, repairing, moving, or carrying computer equipment
Configuring computer networks all while adhering to all company standards and policies
An experienced professional with a full understanding of Information Technology
Well-developed troubleshooting skills and tested methodologies
Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects
Ability and desire to be part of a team
Flexibility with a positive attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience
Sound time management and task management
Knowledge of Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Knowledge of Apple Mac Operating Systems and management
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating System and management
This position does require local travel in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson metropolitan area
Experience: 1+ yrs in the IT field required, MSP experience a plus
Language: English. Spanish is a plus
Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
Preferred
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Field of Study: Engineering or related field
