In this role, you will assess damage, communicate with customers, and initiate the mitigation process while representing the SERVPRO brand with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
Respond immediately to emergency calls including water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses (day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Perform on-site assessments, documenting damage and collecting critical information for the production and mitigation teams
Communicate effectively with customers, property owners, insurance adjusters, and SERVPRO staff to establish expectations and next steps
Capture and relay detailed job site documentation including photos, customer information, and preliminary scope of work
Assist in stabilization efforts such as water extraction, board-ups, or containment, when needed
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while demonstrating SERVPRO’s core values of compassion, integrity, and responsiveness
