Responsibilities
Analyze. You love working with data to drive business decision-making and are familiar with SQL
Lead: You'll spearhead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to develop and implement tech solutions that increase selection across our New Vertical offerings
Strategize: You will own and deliver on improving key selection metrics. You’ll create and execute quarterly and annual strategic plans aligned with product capabilities to elevate order quality
Build: You will build strategic initiatives and drive innovation across our offerings; this can vary from AI-powered selection predictions to improving the Cx shopping experience. This means everything from high-level strategy to operational details
Qualification
Required
You have 4-6+ years of experience. You've succeeded in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or a related experience)
You have a completed Bachelor's Degree
You are familiar with SQL
You possess a sharp analytical mind, and can extract and communicate meaningful insights from data to drive strategic decisions
You are comfortable with SQL and data visualization tools
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
