Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain our customer-facing website

Collaborate with business partners and publishing teams to ensure the website remains current and compliant

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web design and development. Continuously seek ways to enhance website UX by identifying and implementing improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics

Collaborate with UX Design and Brand Design teams to create visually appealing and high-performing experiences

Work closely with development teams to provide requirements for new design and component enhancements

Partner with Website and Growth strategists to develop A/B testing plans for continuous improvement

Collaborate with the SEO team to develop a website that adheres to SEO best practices

Train members of the team on best practices for website experience creation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

5+ years managing web design and development teams

Strong working knowledge of Content Management Systems

Proficient in HMTL, CSS, Java Script, and coding best practices

Comprehensive understanding of UX design and research best practices

Experience in website analytics platforms

Advanced knowledge of SEO / SEM best practices

Experience working with FIGMA or Sketch required

Recent experience working with content models and headless architecture

Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate feedback to a diverse audience / stakeholders

Preferred

Open Text Team Site a huge plus

Adobe Analytics preferred

Figma preferred

Experience working in a regulated industry a huge plus (Banking experience not required)
