Responsibilities

Conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct our strategy to maximize customer performance

Partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations, as well as internally with the Business Analytics team and our partner Data Platform technology team

Maintain, expand, and improve our end-to-end infrastructure of data models and dashboards

Query, analyze, and visualize big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools

Build production-grade data models and deliver dashboards that promote stakeholder alignment and transform data into actionable insights

Required

Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools

Experience building production-grade data models. Experience with dbt is a plus

Intellectual curiosity and strong business intuition
