Complete detailed data quality reviews on many types of data to identify any outliers or anomalies in the data
Perform high-level data investigations
Track and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding issue identification and resolution
Assist in documentation of customer and company processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an IT role (or college-level credits) requiring business or data analysis
Experience reading or writing SQL or a similar language
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with healthcare claims (beneficial)
