Responsibilities

Analyze ERP system schedules to ensure alignment with operational goals and identify potential discrepancies

Investigate anomalies and document findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve process accuracy

Generate and maintain daily operational reports, providing actionable insights to support inventory and planning decisions

Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects, applying analytical skills to drive efficiency and support business objectives

Required

Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or any other relevant programs

Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter

Strong skills in Microsoft Office and basic statistics
