Responsibilities
Work on challenging projects where expertise, intuition, and leadership are needed with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects
Lead the growth of the Boston aviation practice with the backing of extensive New England Aviation staff
Connect with clients and support proposals, helping to advance business development strategy
Be a key part of the client account management team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Substantial professional years experience on aviation projects
Professional Engineer License (P.E.)
Experience as a team and project delivery leader functioning as a design manager and/or project manager on large aviation projects. Aviation projects include landslide, airside, and terminal related programs
Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agencies including Massport and/or the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ)
A Mentality of Building, Coaching, and Mentoring project team
Strong focus on quality and ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
