Required

Currently enrolled in college, university, or post-secondary course work pertinent to IT, Computer Science, or a related program

Good understanding of the Windows platform, troubleshooting theory, and tools standard to the desktop support field

Demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative, team environment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities complementing strong verbal and written communication skills

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including above average computer skills

You are detailed oriented when it comes to data, knowing that moving data can be key to other departments in their reporting

You have an easy-going personality, looking to make connections beyond your direct team

You can acquire a process, apply it effectively, and comprehensively document it for future reference by others

You have skills and experience with R, Python, Statistics, and Mathematics
