Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Tech with Neuro experience for a 13-week travel contract in Evanston, IL. The role involves assisting IR physicians on advanced procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort during the process.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Scrub in and assist IR physicians on advanced procedures, including:
Thrombectomies
Pulmonary Embolism Interventions
Uterine Fibroid Embolizations (UFE)
Y90 Radioembolization
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment
Maintain sterile technique and procedure documentation

Qualification

Interventional Radiology experienceNeuro IR experienceIL IEMA LicenseBLS CertificationARRT (RT-R) CertificationIR protocols knowledgeCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Minimum of 2 years' Interventional Radiology experience
Neuro IR experience required
IL IEMA License (Active)
BLS and ARRT (RT-R) Certification
Strong knowledge of IR protocols and sterile field procedures
Able to meet call response times (30–45 minutes)
