Responsibilities

MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral program
Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor

Qualification

Missouri Cosmetology licenseCustomer serviceSelf-learningFlexible scheduleTeamworkWork ethic

Required

Active or soon to possess a Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Customer service focused; love your guests
Flexible with schedules and appointments
Mature and strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on memberships, products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Works well with others
