Responsibilities

Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Willow modules (e.g., Willow Inpatient, Ambulatory, Inventory)
Collaborate closely with pharmacists, clinical staff, and IT for workflow design, optimization, and issue resolution
Troubleshoot user issues, configuration challenges, and system glitches; provide ongoing support post-implementation
Conduct root cause analysis, identify solutions, document, and implement changes
Lead or support go-lives, upgrades, system changes, and user training initiatives
Prepare training materials, system documentation, flowcharts, and reports detailing configuration and workflow logic
Serve as a liaison between end-users (pharmacy, clinicians) and InfoSystems teams, fostering trust and clear communication
Participate in change and project management; support small to medium-scale Epic Willow projects

Required

Typically 3+ years in Epic roles; variations across levels (I, II, III) depending on seniority
Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, inventory management, Epic configurations, interfaces, and general EHR operations
Analytical thinking, effective communication, documentation, training capability, stakeholder engagement, flexibility, and ownership of assignments
