Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s sustainability platform
Support sustainability data collection, workflow optimization, and insights generation
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements
Research real estate sustainability trends and assist in preparing internal reports and presentations
Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
