Experience with administering JTLIMS 3.X
Experience working in a Helpdesk supporting end-users in an enterprise environment
Experience with troubleshooting software, network and hardware
Experience supporting and maintaining both desktop and web applications
Experience with label printers and handheld scanners Communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory
