Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify and document any defects or non-conformities in the manufacturing process
Implement quality control measures and procedures to improve overall product quality
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for process improvement
Perform random sampling and inspections of raw materials and finished products
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and provide detailed reports to management

Required

Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the plastics industry
CMM experience

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus
