Responsibilities

Develops, writes, and maintains Embedded Control System (ECS) software with manufactured hardware
Creates and maintains Windows PC software for engineering and production test stations
Designs and executes both automated and manual software verification and validation tests to ensure product integrity
Develops detailed control and test specifications, contributing to hardware/software development that verifies design efficacy in production settings
Participates in all design phases, from analysis and testing to the qualification of designs for production and public distribution
Generates comprehensive documentation related to the software engineering function, including design process records, to comply with regulatory standards such as FDA, GMP, ISO, and Underwriters Laboratories Standards
Ensures documentation is comprehensive to facilitate production as designed, maintaining adherence to current and future regulatory requirements affecting product design
Executes engineering change orders and develops test protocols and reports
Utilizes a diverse array of software tools, including 3D modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Delivers formal presentations and reports on conducted work, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
Actively participates and engages in the enterprise co-op program cohort

Required
