As a Signage Installer, you will be responsible for the proper installation of signs in various environments, ensuring they are securely mounted, aligned correctly, and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

Review work orders and site plans to understand the scope of work

Gather necessary tools, equipment, and materials for installation

Coordinate with supervisors and clients to confirm installation details

Safely and efficiently install signs using appropriate tools (drills, saws, measuring equipment, etc.)

Ensure accurate placement and alignment of signs according to specifications

Mount signs on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, windows, and outdoor structures

Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet quality standards

Verify that signs are securely fastened and level

Make adjustments or corrections as necessary to achieve client satisfaction

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency

Document work performed, including any issues encountered and solutions implemented

Communicate completion of installations to supervisors and obtain client sign-offs as needed

Interact professionally with clients and address any questions or concerns

Represent the company positively by delivering excellent service and workmanship

Required

Proven experience as a Signage Installer or similar role preferred

Knowledge of installation techniques and materials used in signage

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions

Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy signage and equipment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required depending on the job

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required

Preferred

Vocational training or certification in carpentry, construction, or a related field is a plus
