Responsibilities
Efficiently aerate and seed lawns
Evaluate lawns and note any issues or concerns; diagnose and recommend services based on customer needs
Educate customers on best practices, products used, and results by delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Drive assigned company vehicle in a safe manner
Safely operate ride-on machine and other assigned equipment
Qualification
Required
Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry
Can follow directions and pay attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Be a self-starter who can also work and thrive in a team environment
Ability to meet physical requirements, including but not limited to; independently lifting and carrying 50lbs., walking, standing and bending for moderate periods of time
Preferred
Lawn care industry experience a plus, but not required
