Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new agencies to join our network
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency members
Provide training, support, and mentorship to agency owners to help them achieve business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing and sales strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Monitor agency performance and implement improvement plans where necessary
Represent the company at industry events and meetings

Required
