They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring a satisfactory experience through effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities
Take minimum of 30+ inbound service calls per day
Addressing any client questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions
Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat
Provide clients with a WOW experience at every interaction
Work with internal departments to meet clients' needs
Data entry in various platforms
Work ethic and personality focused on client satisfaction and accomplishment through teamwork and unity
