Responsibilities
Provide first-class, complimentary shoe shine service for each and every guest who visits Hair Saloon
Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures
Meet and Greet clients
Provide and deliver a first-class experience following Hair Saloon standards
Maintain a clean work area
Comfortable using a computer handling client transactions using a computer-based POS system when needed
Manage guest traffic including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and following check-in and check-out procedures
Assist in general cleaning and laundry duties
Qualification
Required
16 years or older
Some High school education or equivalent
No experience necessary
