They are seeking an Experienced Window Cleaner who will be responsible for meeting customers, performing window cleaning services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-job inspections and payment processing.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan
You’ll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) and perform our services
You’ll call upcoming customers on your way to the job
You’ll meet customers before your crew begins its work to ensure we’re meeting expectations
You’ll complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work to their satisfaction
You’ll accept and process the customer’s payment through our mobile payment technology
You’ll end your day back at the Shine office, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day’s work
Qualification
Required
Must have experience with professional window cleaning and/or pressure washing
Must like to work with people
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 75 pounds
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
Must want to work in a leadership capacity
Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
Must be willing to set high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback
