Responsibilities
Provide a physical, yet friendly, presence. You will offer security support at all times while providing genuine hospitality and warmth
Welcome customers. You will welcome, direct, and educate customers
Anticipate + Respond. You will work to de-escalate any disruptive incidents in collaboration with your leadership team
Be a team-player. You will communicate well with all staff to deliver the best customer experience possible
Assist on the floor. You may be tasked with keeping the sales floor clean and tidy during downtime, or with putting clothes out on the sales floor
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in security (1 year+)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Some experience in loss prevention and de-escalation techniques
